Refund policy

ORDER PROCESSING 

All orders are processed + shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays. 

 

EXCHANGES + RETURNS 

 If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. To start that process, please contact us at LivingOurWrightLife@gmail.com 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. Therefore, if more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at LivingOurWrightLife@gmail.com. 

 

DAMAGES + ISSUES 

Please review and inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any damaged or defective items, or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the matter in question and make it right. 

If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order along with photos of the damage and a description of the damage as well. Please report damaged products within 48 hours and before using your product for the first time. 

For all returns, refunds, or exchanges, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Exceptions  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Note: Candles, wax melts, and other related products can soften or melt when shipping during warm temperatures. Products that become melted when subjected to hot temperatures for long periods of time we cannot be held liable for. We strongly advise you to arrange to have your order delivered to an air-conditioned location, such as a business or home, where someone can receive your package. If packages are left outside during hot temperatures, candles and related items could potentially melt and we cannot be held liable for such damages. 

Return Charges: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/releases, and gift cards are also considered final sales and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
